(MaxCollect) Tab
Overview
The Payment Collection
(MaxCollect) tab allows you to view and manage the settings for the
automated repayment collections processed through a Collection Service Provider
(CSP). This screen details which provider and bank account are used, and the
specific rules for tracking payments.
Important: Modifying these
settings on an active loan can directly impact the success of future
collections. Changes should be made with caution and proper authorization.
Navigation
- Navigate to Client
Administration and Search for Existing Client.
- Select the desired client and click the
Loans button.
- From the list, select the
specific loan you wish to view.
- Click the Edit Loan button.
- Select the MaxCollect
tab.
Field Descriptions
The settings on this tab are grouped by
function.
CSP & Account Details
- Preferred CSP: Displays the Collection Service
Provider (CSP) responsible for facilitating the repayment deductions from the
client's account.
- Preferred CSP Setup: Shows the specific
configuration or product being used for the selected CSP (e.g., NAEDO,
DebiCheck).
- Preferred Bank Account: Displays the client's
bank account number from which the repayments are to be deducted.
- GroupsRUs Policy: A checkbox
that indicates if a GroupsRUs insurance policy was included with the loan and
is linked to the collection process.
Collection Tracking Rules
- Tracking: This required field specifies the
number of consecutive days the CSP will attempt to collect the repayment from
the client's account after the initial due date if funds are not immediately
available.
- December Tracking: This
required field specifies a separate tracking period that applies only to
repayments that are due in the month of December.
Available Actions
- Print documentation: Click this button to
generate and print the original loan documents as they were when the loan was
first created.
- Close: Click this button to
return to the previous screen (the loan list) without saving any
changes.
