Edit Loan - Other
Information
1. Overview
This section displays supplementary loan data,
including the originally agreed-upon loan values and system-generated
record-keeping details. These fields are for informational purposes and cannot
be edited.
2. Accessing the Other Information
Tab
- Navigate to Client
Administration.
- Search for and select the
desired client.
- Click the Loans button.
- Select the relevant loan and click the
Edit Loan button.
- Select the Other tab.
3. Agreed Loan Values
This section displays the financial values as
they were on the original loan agreement.
- Custom Reference: A unique reference number
based on your business's specific model. A token for this field is available
for use in the loan agreement document.
- Loan Total: The total loan
amount from the original agreement.
- Note: This value may
differ from the original total if the "Recalculate Loan on Repo Change"
setting is enabled and the repo rate has changed.
- Credit Control Amount: The total instalment
amount available for the client for this specific loan product, as defined on
the "Client Credit Control" tab.
- Number of Interest Periods: The number of
interest periods as stated in the original loan agreement.
- Number of Instalments: The number of instalments
as stated in the original loan agreement.
- Annual Rate of Total Credit:
The annual rate of total credit from the original agreement.
- Note: This value may
differ from the original rate if the "Recalculate Loan on Repo Change"
setting is enabled and the repo rate has changed.
- Total Cost of Credit
Charged: The total cost of
credit as calculated in the original loan agreement.
- Final Instalment Date: The due date for the
final loan instalment.
- Final Instalment Amount: The
amount due for the final loan instalment.
4. Record Details
This section provides read-only information
about the creation and modification history of the loan record.
- ID: The unique system-generated identification
number for this loan record.
- Import Date: The date the loan record was
imported into the system, if applicable.
- Record Date: The date the loan record was first
created.
- Record Time: The local time when the loan record
was created.
- Record User: The user who originally created the
loan record.
- Update Date: The date the loan record was last
modified.
- Update Time: The local time when the loan record
was last modified.
- Update User: The user who
last modified the loan record.
