Adding a Salesperson

Navigate to Setup > Sales Person > Add a New Salesperson.

Adding your sales team to the system allows you to assign a specific salesperson to each new client during their setup. This information is particularly useful for managing commission payouts and handling client inquiries efficiently.

To add a new salesperson:

  1. Click Add a New Salesperson.

  2. Enter the salesperson's Name.

  3. Provide a Short Name for the salesperson.

  4. Select the appropriate Classification for the salesperson.

  5. Check the Enabled box if the salesperson is currently active and in use.

  6. Click Save to add the salesperson's information to the database, or Cancel to discard the changes.
