Overview

eWallets :

  1. "Invalid No of Digits in Cell Nu"
    > Check that the client's Full Name and Surname is correct as per their ID
  2. "Get Existing eWallet" displays nothing
    > Remove the "Payout" tick from the bank account
    > Check the client's general information. Is the Full Name, Surname and ID number correct.
    > Check the client's cellphone number, under the Address-tab. If the client does not have a cellphone, clear the field and click "Cellphone Number not Available"  
    > Check if the ewallet exists on Allps-i
  3. "Card Wallet Sequence Error" when linking a new ewallet card
    > Select "Migrate eWallet to EMV FEZA Card eWallet"
    > Check if the eWallet is still active on Allps

 

Creating Payback Instructions :

  1. Allps Registration of Client Employer Failed. There is no Allps CSP User Linked to this MAXMONEY User
    > Setups - MAXCOLLECT > CSP Users
    - Check if the user is set up correctly
    - Check if the terminal is set up on Allps
  2. 432 - No Connection to Financial Institution. Request Failed
    > Bank is offline
    > AEDO creations are offline
  3. 1020 - Root Element is Missing
    > Allps software (services) must be uninstalled and reinstalled
  4. 1800 - Cutoff Date for Action Has Been Reached (E1800)
    > AEDO/NAEDO registration cut off date for instalment has been reached
    > SEFT registration cut off date has been reached
    > SEFT is selected for any other bank. SEFT may only be selected for Bank of Athens and Grindrod Bank
  5. 331 - Issuer Not Processing on Instalment Date
    > Check the date of the instalments. Banks are not processing payments on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays

 

E-signing :

  1. E999 - Could not Upload Signature
    > Conduct a speedtest on the computer. With a low upload speed or unstable upload speed, the image of the signature cannot upload
