Performing a DebiCheck (TT3) Authentication with an Allps USB Terminal

Overview

This guide explains how to process a DebiCheck (TT3) mandate authentication using a USB-connected Allps terminal. This real-time process occurs during the final stage of loan creation and securely captures the client's authorization for the new payback instruction.

Prerequisites

Authentication Process

The authentication takes place after all loan details have been entered and you are ready to finalize the agreement.

1. Configure the Loan for Allps DebiCheck

While creating the new loan, ensure the following settings are selected in the appropriate steps of the wizard:

2. Initiate the Authentication from MAXMONEY

  1. Proceed through the New Loan wizard until you reach the final Summary page.
  2. Review all the loan details to ensure they are correct.
  3. Click the Finish button. This will trigger the authentication process and activate the connected USB terminal.

3. Interact with the USB Terminal

After clicking "Finish" in MAXMONEY, immediately direct your attention to the USB terminal and instruct the client as follows:

  1. When prompted on the terminal screen, insert or swipe their bank card.
  2. Carefully enter their card PIN on the terminal's keypad.
  3. Wait for the terminal to process the request and display a response (e.g., "Approved" or "Declined").
  4. Once the transaction is complete, remove the card from the terminal.

4. Finalize in MAXMONEY

  1. After a "Successful" or "Approved" message is displayed on the terminal, return to the MAXMONEY screen.
  2. Click the Next button to complete the loan process and generate the final documentation.

If the authentication is declined, an error will be displayed, and you will not be able to proceed.
