How to Edit an Allps eWallet

Navigation: MAXMONEY > Client Administration > Search for existing Client > Highlight the Client > Edit Client button > Banking > Edit Wallet

This guide explains how to modify the details of a client's existing Allps eWallet, including changing the access method or linking a new card.

Step-by-Step Guide to Editing an eWallet

After navigating to the client's "Edit Wallet" screen, you can update the following fields.

1. Update the eWallet Details

Field Name Description & Rules
Enabled Select this checkbox if the eWallet is currently active and in use.
Preferred Choice Select this checkbox if this is the client's primary wallet for receiving loan payouts.
CSP (Collection Service Provider) This will be pre-selected as ALLPS.
eWallet No This is a read-only field displaying the unique eWallet account number.
Cellphone Number Enter or update the customer's cellphone number associated with the wallet.
Access Method This determines how the client will access their funds. Select one of the two options:• Cellphone Number: The client will use their phone and receive an OTP (One-Time Pin) to authorize withdrawals.• eWallet EMV FEZA Card: The client will use a physical card and PIN to withdraw funds.

2. Card-Specific Fields (If Applicable)

If you select "eWallet EMV FEZA Card" as the Access Method, the following fields will become visible:

Field Name Description & Rules
eWallet Card Number Enter the full PAN (Primary Account Number) found on the front of the new eWallet Card.
Registered at Allps This checkbox will be selected automatically by the system once the wallet and card have been successfully registered with Allps.

Note on Security: Some companies may configure their Allps setup to require both a card and a cellphone number for transactions. This is an external setting managed with Allps and is not controlled within MAXMONEY.

3. Finalize and Print Confirmation

  1. After updating the fields, click the Next button.
  2. If you selected the eWallet EMV FEZA Card method, the system will redirect you to the "eWallet Card Receipt Confirmation" print screen.
  3. You must print this document for the client to sign as proof of issuance.
  4. Click Save to finalize all changes.

Editing Linking Fields

From the main "Edit Wallet" screen, a special button is available for specific card management tasks.
