This guide explains how to add a new Amber Wallet for a client, which is used for managing payouts via a Cash Access Card.

Before You Begin: Prerequisites


Field Reference Guide

This table details each field on the "Add a New Wallet" screen when configuring an Amber Wallet.

Field Name Required? Description & Rules
Enabled No Select this checkbox if the eWallet account is currently active and in use.
Preferred Choice No Select this checkbox if this is the client's primary wallet for receiving loan payouts.
CSP (Collection Service Provider) Yes From the dropdown list, you must select AMBER.
Access Method Yes From the dropdown list, you must select Cash Access Card.
Cash Access BIN Number Yes Enter the first six digits found on the front of the client's Cash Access Card.
Cash Access Sequence Number Yes Enter the last six digits found on the front of the client's Cash Access Card.<br>• Important: The entry must be exactly six characters long. You will receive an error if fewer than six digits are entered.
Tracer Number Yes You must enter the Tracer Number associated with the Cash Access Card.
