CRM on Loan Status
The CRM on Loan Status Batch function in MAXMONEY allows
you to send a batch of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SMS messages to
borrowers based on their loan status. This feature streamlines communication
with clients regarding the status of their loans. To access this function, navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to CRM on Loan
Status This process sends SMS messages to clients who have a loan with
the selected loan status. The specific date filter applied to the SMS
batch depends on the chosen loan status: Application or Active: SMS messages are filtered based
on the Loan creation date. Non-performing, Written-off, or Cancelled: SMS messages
are filtered based on the log date of the loan. Not Approved: SMS messages are filtered based on the
updated date of the loan. Paid: SMS messages are filtered based on the last
instalment's date. Message: Select the specific message that will be sent
to the clients from the available options.
