Cash Up Email Report
The designated responsible person will receive an email indicating whether
the cash box balanced successfully or not. Prior to this, the necessary setup
must be completed within MAXMONEY. Navigate to Setup > Branches. Select the relevant Cash Box. Click on the specific Cash Box you wish to configure. Under the Cash Box settings, Select the User by E-mail Report to
specify who should receive these emails. The email subject line will be formatted as follows: The body of the email will state: The email will provide the following key details: Cashbox: The name of the cashbox. User: The name of the user who performed the cash-up. Date: The date the cash-up was completed. Time: The time the cash-up was completed.Emailing a Cash-up Report
