Cash Up Email Report

Emailing a Cash-up Report

The designated responsible person will receive an email indicating whether the cash box balanced successfully or not. Prior to this, the necessary setup must be completed within MAXMONEY.

Setup for Emailing Cash-up Reports

  1. Navigate to Setup > Branches.

  2. Select the relevant Cash Box.

  3. Click on the specific Cash Box you wish to configure.

  4. Under the Cash Box settings, Select the User by E-mail Report to specify who should receive these emails.


Email Content

Email Heading

The email subject line will be formatted as follows:

Exception: Cash Up (with the reason (Failed or Success)) - Username - Amount R Difference R

Email Body

The body of the email will state:

Please be aware that Cash Up was with the reason (Failed or Success). Please find the relevant reports attached.
