This screen is used to capture the client's
physical address, postal address, and contact information.

Before You Begin:
Prerequisites
- User Permissions: To edit
the information on this page, your user profile must be assigned the
Client : Address Details role by a System Administrator.
- SACCRA Compliance: All
information should be completed in accordance with the latest SACCRA (South
African Credit & Risk Reporting Association) rules.

Enrolling a Client for MAXSMS (OTP
Verification)
If your company uses the MAXSMS module, you can
enrol clients to receive One-Time Pins (OTPs) for added security on actions like
creating new loans.
How to Enrol a Client
- Enter the client's correct Cellphone
Number in the field
provided.
- Click the Save button to store the number in the system
first. This is a mandatory step before enrolment can begin.
- Click the Enrol Client button.
- The client will receive an SMS containing an
OTP. The message will be similar to: "Hi [Username]. Here's your
TechnoMetrix Client Enrolment OTP to validate your cellphone number
[number]."
- Enter the OTP that the
client received into the verification field on the screen.
- Click Verify.
- If you need the code resent, click
Resend via SMS.
- To exit without enrolling, click
Cancel.
- Once the OTP is verified, the client is
successfully enrolled. Their cellphone number will be locked and cannot be
easily changed, preventing fraud.
Managing Enrolment Status
- Enrol Client Checkbox: This
box indicates the client's current enrolment status.
- A checked box means the client is enrolled.
- To un-enrol a client, a user
with the
Clear Enrolment role can simply
uncheck the box and save.
Action Buttons
- Save: Stores all new information and changes you
have made on the screen.
- Cancel: Discards all changes made.
- Close: Closes the current page and returns to
the client search page.
- Back: Takes you to the previously viewed page in
the client creation process.
- Next: Saves the current page
and proceeds to the next screen.
