How to Perform a Compuscan V2 Enquiry

Navigation: Client Administration > Search for Existing Client > Select the client > Compuscan Enquiry button

This guide explains how to initiate a Compuscan Version 2 credit bureau enquiry for an existing client.

Before You Begin: Prerequisites


Performing the Enquiry

  1. Navigate and Select Client: Go to Client Administration > Search for Existing Client, find the client, and click on their name to highlight them.

  2. Initiate Enquiry: Click the Compuscan Enquiry button. An enquiry options screen will appear.

  3. Select Enquiry Options: Choose the types of data you require by selecting the relevant checkboxes.

  4. Submit the Request: Click the Finish button to send the enquiry to Compuscan.

Enquiry Options Explained

The following checkboxes may be available on the enquiry screen, depending on your company's Compuscan service agreement.

Option Description
Credit Data Select this to include a standard credit data check in the enquiry.
CPA & NLR Data Select this to include data from the Credit Providers Association (CPA) and the National Loan Register (NLR).
CompuScore Select this to include Compuscan's credit score in the report.
Address Mandatory Select this to enforce address verification as part of the enquiry.
Do Affordability Select this to run Compuscan's affordability calculation service.
Run Compuscan Codix Select this to include the Compuscan Codix data set in the enquiry.
