Version 2 Enquiry
Navigation: This guide explains how to initiate a Compuscan
Version 2 credit bureau enquiry for an existing client. Navigate and Select Client:
Go to Initiate Enquiry: Click the
Compuscan Enquiry button. An enquiry options screen will
appear. Select Enquiry Options:
Choose the types of data you require by selecting the relevant
checkboxes. Submit the Request: Click the
Finish button to send the enquiry to Compuscan. The following checkboxes may be available on the
enquiry screen, depending on your company's Compuscan service agreement. The following settings are configured by a
System Administrator and affect how the enquiry screen functions for users:How to Perform a Compuscan V2

the client, and click on their name to highlight
