1. Overview
The Diary Notes Report provides a comprehensive
list of all diary entries within a specified timeframe. To access this report,
navigate to Reporting > Client.

3. Filters and Selections
You can refine the report's data using various
filters to focus on specific information.
3.1. General Filters
- Branch: Filter diary entries by the branch where
they were created.
- Region: Filter diary entries by the region where
they were created.
- User: Filter by the specific user who created
the diary entry.
- Salesperson: Filter by the salesperson
associated with the diary entry.
- File Format: Choose the
desired output format for the report: XLSX or
XLS.
3.2. Client Filters
- New Loans Allowed: Filter based on clients'
eligibility for new loans.
- Client Number Range: Specify a range to filter
diary entries by client number.
- Client Status: Filter by the client's current
status.
- Payment Frequency: Filter by the client's
payment frequency.
- Client Area: Filter by the client's geographical
area.
- Bank: Filter by the client's bank.
- Receipt Type: Filter by the client's receipt
payback type.
- Diary Entry Date Range: Set a
Start Date and End Date to include diary
entries created within that period.
3.3. Employer Filters
- Employer Search: Use a
wildcard (
*) to search for all employers, or enter a
specific employer name.
- Employer: Filter by the client's employer.
- Classification: Filter by the client's employer
classification.
- Economic Sector: Filter by the
client's employer's economic sector.
4. Report Generation and Output
Once you have set your desired filters, you can
generate and manage the report output.
- Finish: Click to generate the report based on
your selections.
- Cancel: Click to stop the
report generation process.
4.1. Output Options
- Print: Send the report directly to a printer.
- View: Display the report on screen.
- Email: Send the report to a
specified user via email.
5. Column Details
The generated report will include the following
columns:
- Client Number: The unique identifier for the
client.
- Client First Name: The client's first name.
- Client Initials: The client's initials.
- Client Surname: The client's last name.
- Client ID: The client's identification number.
- Diary Date: The date the diary entry was
created.
- Diary Note: The textual
content of the diary entry.
6. Additional Notes
- Ensure that email address
setups are correctly configured in
MaxMoney to use the email report option.
- The report's appearance and content can be
customized extensively using the available filters and output options.
