Managing Client Documents

Overview

This section acts as a central repository for all documents associated with a client. It provides a list of original documents that were generated by the system (such as agreements and schedules) and allows you to view, re-download, or upload new documents related to the client's file.

Prerequisites: Required Permissions

To access this page, specific user permissions must be enabled by an administrator. Please ensure the necessary resources for viewing and managing documents are activated for your role under Setup > Security > Roles.


How to Access Client Documents:

  1. Navigate to Client Administration.
  2. Search for and highlight the desired Existing Client.
  3. Click the Client Documents button (or a similarly named button).

Understanding the Document List

A list of all available documents for the client will be displayed with the following details:


Available Actions

 Action  Description  Documentation
 View or Download a Document  Click the "Click Here to Download" hyperlink in the "Download" column next to the desired document. The document will open in a new tab or prompt a download, depending on your browser settings  
 Upload Document  Click this button to open a new screen where you can upload external documents (e.g., scanned ID, proof of address) to the client's file.  Upload Document
 Back  Click this button to return to the previous client search results screen
