Print Letters
After you have selected a specific letter to
generate for a client, the system takes you to a final screen where you can
download, print, or email the completed document. Generate the Letter: This
screen appears after you have navigated to the client's
Letters function and selected a specific letter template
(e.g., "Settlement Letter"). Download and View: Click on
the hyperlink provided. The name will reflect the document type, for example:
"HTML: Client Letter". Print the Document: You can email the generated letter directly from
the system. Prerequisites (Administrator
Setup): For this feature to work, your System Administrator must have
configured the following: Steps to Email: On the report
generation screen, simply click the Email Report button. The
