CSP Summary

1. Overview

The CSP Summary screen provides a quick reference to view the linked identification numbers between the internal system (MAXMONEY) and the external Credit Settlement Provider (CSP). It is used to easily cross-reference a client and their loan between the two systems.

Integration Note: This feature is primarily used with the Real Pay Integration. Please follow the link for specific procedures related to this integration.

2. Navigation

  1. Navigate to Client Administration and search for the existing client.
  2. Select (highlight) the client and click the Loans button.
  3. From the client's loan list, click the CSP Summary button.

3. Summary Details

The summary window will display the following identification numbers:

Column Description
MAXMONEY Client No The client's unique identification number in MAXMONEY.
MAXMONEY Loan No The loan's unique identification number in MAXMONEY.
CSP Client No The corresponding client identification number at the CSP (e.g., Real Pay).
CSP Loan No The corresponding loan identification number at the CSP (e.g., Real Pay) .
