Viewing the History of a Payback
Instruction
Overview
This feature
provides a comprehensive history of all collection attempts made for every
instalment linked to a specific payback instruction. It allows you to track the
progress of the entire payment schedule, viewing both successful and declined
transactions in one place.
How to Access Payback Instruction
History:
- Navigate to Client
Administration.
- Search for and select the desired
Existing Client.
- Go to the Payback
Instructions tab.
- Click on Histories for the entire payback
instruction you wish to review.
Understanding the Information
Displayed
The history
page lists all collection activities, separated into successful and declined
payments for clarity.
Successful Payments
This section
details all successfully collected instalments.
- Payback Reference: The unique MAXCOLLECT
reference number assigned to the instalment.
- Status: The current status of the instalment.
- Receipt Date: The date the payment was
successfully collected and the receipt was posted.
- Receipt Amount: The total amount that was
collected and receipted.
- Fee Amount: The transaction fee that was charged
for the successful collection.
Declined Payments
This section
provides a log of all unsuccessful collection attempts. Each failed attempt for
an instalment will be displayed as a separate entry.
- Declined Payback Reference: The unique
MAXCOLLECT reference number assigned to the instalment.
- Status: The instalment's status within the
MAXMONEY system (e.g., Unpaid).
- CSP Status: The status message received from the
Collection Service Provider (CSP) (e.g., "Insufficient Funds").
- Response: The detailed reason provided for the
declined payment.
- Decline Date: The date on which the collection
attempt failed.
- Decline Amount: The amount that the system
attempted to collect.
Available Actions
- Back: Click this button to return to the
previous page/screen.
