Viewing Payment Collection
History
Overview
This section allows you to view the complete
collection history for a specific client instalment. You can see details for
both successful and declined payment attempts, providing a clear record of all
collection activities.
How to Access Payment
History:
- Navigate to Client
Administration.
- Search for and select the desired
Existing Client.
- Go to the Payback
Instructions tab.
- Select Payback Instruction
Instalments.
- Click on Histories for the
specific instalment you wish to review.
Understanding the Information
Displayed
You will see two main sections: "Successful
Payments" and "Declined Payments".
Successful Payments
This area shows a record of all successful
collections for the instalment.
- Payback Reference: The unique MAXCOLLECT
reference number for the instalment.
- Status: The current status of the instalment.
- Receipt Date: The date the payment was
successfully collected.
- Receipt Amount: The total amount that was
successfully collected and receipted.
- Fee Amount: The transaction
fee charged for the successful collection.
Declined Payments
This area provides details for every
unsuccessful collection attempt. Each failed attempt will be listed
individually.
- Declined Payback Reference: The unique
MAXCOLLECT reference number for the instalment.
- Status: The instalment's status within the
MAXMONEY system (e.g., Unpaid).
- CSP Status: The status of the collection as
returned by the Collection Service Provider (e.g., Insufficient Funds).
- Response: The specific reason why the payment
failed.
- Decline Date: The date the collection attempt
failed.
- Decline Amount: The amount
that failed to be collected.

- Back: Click this button to
return to the previous screen.
