Overview

This function allows you to send a direct, custom SMS message to a selected client from within the MAXMONEY system. This is useful for sending reminders, notifications, or other short communications.

Prerequisites

• Valid Cellphone Number: The client must have a valid and correct cellphone number saved on their profile.
• SMS Credits: Your company must have a positive balance of SMS credits.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Find and Select the Client: Navigate to Client Administration > Search for an Existing Client. Find the correct client and click on their name to highlight them.

2. Open the SMS Interface: Click the SMS Client button at the bottom of the screen. A new window will open.

3. Compose Your Message: Type your message directly into the text box labelled "SMS Message".

4. Send the SMS: Click the Send button to dispatch the message to the client's registered cellphone number.
