This guide explains how to permanently remove a MAXUP value-add product from a client's profile.

Before You Begin: Prerequisites

• User Permissions: To delete a MAXUP product, your user profile must be assigned both the MaxUp List View and MaxUp List Edit roles by a System Administrator.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the MAXUP Screen: Go to the client's Maxup tab where the list of their products is displayed.

2. Select the Product: From the list, click on the MAXUP entry you wish to remove to highlight it.

3. Open the Edit Screen: Click the Edit MAXUP Payment button. This will open the details screen for the selected product.

4. Delete the Entry: Click the Delete button. A confirmation prompt may appear to prevent accidental deletion. Confirm the action to permanently remove the product from the client's record.
