This guide explains how to use the "Documents" screen, which serves as a central repository for uploading and viewing all supporting documentation for a client.

Overview of the Documents Screen

This screen is organized into categories, allowing you to upload and manage different types of essential client documents. The available categories are:


How to Upload a Document

  1. Identify the category for the document you wish to upload.
  2. Click the corresponding upload button (e.g., Upload ID Document).
  3. A file browser window will open. Navigate to and select the correct document from your computer.
  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to complete the upload.

Viewing and Downloading Existing Documents

Once a document has been uploaded, it will appear in a list under its specific category. This list provides the following information:

Column Name Description
Date The date on which the document was uploaded to the system.
Filename The name of the uploaded document file.
Download Contains a hyperlink to access the document. To view or download the file, simply click the "Click Here to Download" link.
