Important Information

Client Consent

Before performing any Compuscan enquiry, you must ensure the client has given their explicit consent. This is typically done by having the client sign the appropriate section within the Loan Agreement and Quotation documents.

Error Handling

If a problem occurs during the enquiry process, the system will display an "Enquiry Retrieval Error" message in the enquiry list. When this happens, the "Click Here to Download" hyperlink will be unavailable for that entry, indicating that a report could not be successfully generated.
