How to Print a 'Change to Client' Receipt

This guide explains how to generate, print, or email a transaction slip after you have processed a "Post Client Change" payout. This slip serves as a receipt for the cash given to the client.

Overview

After you click the "Finish" button on the "Post Client Change" screen, the system finalizes the transaction and takes you to a new page where you can generate the official receipt. This document can be printed for the client or saved for your records and can be reprinted at a later stage if needed.


1. How to Generate and Print the Receipt

  1. Generate the Document: On the final screen of the "Post Client Change" process, click the hyperlink labelled "Please click here to download the HTML document copy".

  2. View and Print:

    • The receipt will open in your web browser in HTML format.
    • To create a physical copy, use your browser's standard print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P).
    • From the print dialog, you can also choose to "Save as PDF" for digital record-keeping.

2. How to Email the Receipt

You can email the transaction slip directly from the system after generating it.

Prerequisites (Administrator Setup): For this feature to work, your System Administrator must have configured the following:

Steps to Email: On the report generation screen, simply click the Email Report button. The system will send the receipt to the pre-configured email address.
