allows you to view a detailed history of important changes made to a selected
client's profile. This is a critical tool for tracking data modifications,
ensuring data integrity, and reviewing user activity on a client's account. A
printable report version of this log is also available. The log displays a chronological list of all
tracked changes made to the client's profile. The system specifically tracks changes made to
