This screen is used to define how a client will
repay their loans, including the payment method, frequency, and specific rules
for handling paydays.

Before You Begin: Prerequisites &
Important Notes
- User Permissions: To edit
the information on this page, your user profile must be assigned the
Client : Payback Details role by a System Administrator.
- Collection Service Providers
(CSPs): If you use
a third-party CSP (e.g., Amber, SureSystems, Allps, NuPay, Real Pay, Paym8,
Collexia), you must follow their specific integration and data entry
guidelines.
- Early Debit Order (EDO): In
line with the NCR's Affordability Assessment Guidelines, the recommended
tracking period for early debit order systems is limited to a maximum of 10
days.

Action Buttons
- Save: Stores all new information and changes you
have made.
- Cancel: Discards all changes made on the screen.
- Close: Closes the current page and returns to
the client search page.
- Back: Takes you to the previously viewed page in
the client creation process.
- Next: Saves the current page
and proceeds to the next screen.
