Navigation: Client Administration > Search for Existing Client > Highlight the Client > Summary button

Overview

The Client Summary screen provides a powerful, at-a-glance dashboard of the client's complete financial and historical standing with your company. It consolidates key information from their entire profile into one convenient view.

How to Access the Summary

  1. Find the Client: Navigate to Client Administration > Search for Existing Client and locate the desired client.
  2. Select the Client: Click on the client's name in the list to highlight them.
  3. Open the Summary: Click the Summary button at the bottom of the screen.

Summary Fields Explained

The summary screen is divided into several logical sections:

Upcoming Payments

Field Name Description
Next Due Date The date of the very next loan instalment that is due.
Next Amount Due The amount of the next loan instalment.
Final Instalment Date The date of the final instalment for all active loans.

Current Financial Status

Field Name Description
Outstanding The total outstanding balance across all of the client's active loans.
Settlement Amount The total amount required to settle all of the client's active loans today.
Amount Overdue The total value of all instalments that are currently past their due date.
In Default Interest The total amount of interest that has accumulated due to late payments.
Change Available Any credit balance or overpayment on the client's account due back to them.
Non-Loan Debt Any outstanding debt on the client's account not related to a formal loan.

Affordability & Credit Limits

Field Name Description
Available for Instalment The remaining monthly amount the client can afford for new instalments, based on their budget.
Available for new Loans The total amount of new loan capital the client can afford based on their profile.
Credit Control Overall Cap Available The remaining instalment amount available before hitting the specific cap set in the Credit Control tab .

Loan Statistics

This section provides a numerical history of the client's loans, including any data imported from a previous system.

Field Name Description
Active Loans Total The total monetary value of all currently active loans.
No of Loans Active The total number of loans that are currently active.
No of Loans Paid The total number of loans the client has successfully paid off.
No of Loans Written Off The total number of loans that have been written off.
No of Loans Not Approved The total number of loan applications that were not approved.
No of Loans Cancelled The total number of loans that were cancelled.

Payment Behaviour Analysis

This section analyzes the client's payment history.

Field Name Description
Early Payments Value The total monetary value of all payments made ahead of schedule.
Early Payments The total number of times the client has paid an instalment early.
Late Payments (as per agreement) The number of payments made after the exact due date specified in the loan agreement.
Late Payments (as per grace period) The number of payments made after the allowed grace period has passed.
On Time Payments % The percentage of all payments that have been made on or before the due date.
