Client FIC Report

Overview

Get a list of all the clients in a period with their information to assist you with your RMCP for FIC.

You can print, view or e-mail the Report.

The Security option is available under the Report Section of the Role:

  • Report -> Client FIC Report.

How to Access the Report

  • MAXMONEY
  • Go to: Reporting -> Client -> Client FIC Report.

Report Filters

The reports have selection options whereby you can drill down information to branch level etc. The following selections are available on this report:

GENERAL

Client Home Branch: View only clients with a specific home Branch.

CLIENT

  • Client Number Start & End: View clients who fall in a specific client number range.
  • Client Status: View clients with a specific status.
  • Start & End Date: This is a required field. The format of the date is dd/mm/yyyy. Generate the report for the clients created in the specific date range.
  • Client Area: View clients who are set up in a specific area.

Buttons

  • Finish: Select the Finish-button to generate this report.
  • Cancel: Select the Cancel-button to cancel this request.

Processing Status

  • This report will be generated under Processing Status.
  • Wait until the report status is Completed. You can refresh the processing status page by clicking on the Submit-button.
  • When the report status is Completed you must click on the report name to navigate to the next page where you can download the report.

Output

The report will be generated in the following format:

  • XLSX - click on the hyperlink to open/download the report.
  • CSV
  • HTML
  • PDF

Buttons

  • Back to processing status: Select this option to go to the processing status page.
  • Back to Filter Option: Select the Back to Filter Option to go back to the report filter page of this report.
  • Email Report : Select the Email Report-button to receive this report via email. The users who can receive the reports via email must be set up in advance under Setups - Reporting - Reports Email Setup. The users must have (valid) email addresses on their user setup under Setups - Security - Users.

  • Client Full Names
  • Client Surname
  • Client ID number
  • Client ID type
  • Client country of origin (RSA ID = RSA; passport then the selected country)
  • ID document uploaded - latest date & time
  • Client picture uploaded - latest date & time
  • Date of Birth
  • Type of person - individual or business
  • Residential Address (line 1 to 3)
  • Client Address Province
  • Proof of address uploaded - latest date & time
  • Cell Phone No
  • Credit Check (yes/no) - Experian or VeriCred or XDS
  • Latest credit check (date of the latest credit check)
  • Affordability type (latest one - Standard, NCR, NCR below or NCR detailed)
  • Latest affordability (date of latest/newest budget)
  • Proof of bank account uploaded - latest date & time
  • Payslip uploaded - latest date & time
  • Gross salary/income
  • SASSA? (yes/no)
  • Name of Employer
  • Occupation
  • Appointment Type
  • Commencement of Service
  • Work Tel No
  • No of Loans (Client's paid loans + active loans + non-performing loans + written off)
  • No of cash payments (client's receipts)
  • Highest cash payment (the largest receipt amount)
  • Latest payment transaction (the date of the latest receipt on the client)
  • No of cash payouts (client's payment to client transactions)
  • Latest payout transaction (the date of the latest payment to client transaction)
