Overview
Purpose: This report
provides a detailed list of clients, categorized by homing branch, bank, or
employer, showing their non-loan debt and any change available for distribution.
It allows for effective client management by offering various filtering
options.

Accessing the
Report

Navigate to the main
menu.

Select
Reporting.

Under the Reporting
menu, choose Client.

Finally, select Client
Non Loan Debt and Change Report.
Security and
Permissions

Access to this report
is controlled by user roles. To enable or disable access for a specific
role:

Go to Role
Setup.

Select
Reporting.
-
Locate and configure
the permissions for Client Non Loan Debt and Change Report under the Report
Section.
Understanding the
Report
This report helps you
identify and manage clients based on their non-loan debt status and available
change. You can quickly generate lists of clients associated with specific
homing branches, banks, or employers, among other criteria. This allows for
targeted client management and financial oversight.

Using Filters to Refine Your
Report
The report offers
several selection options to help you drill down to the specific information you
need. You can filter by branch, salesperson, date ranges, and
more.
The following filters
are available:
GENERAL

Branch: Select a
specific branch to view clients associated with it. Leave blank to include all
branches.

Region: Select a
specific region to view clients within that geographical area. Leave blank to
include all regions.

Salesperson: Select a
specific salesperson to view clients assigned to them. Leave blank to include
all salespersons.
CLIENT
-
Start Client Number:
Enter the starting client number for a range. Leave blank to include all clients
from the beginning.

End Client Number:
Enter the ending client number for a range. Leave blank to include all clients
up to the end.

Receipt Type: Select a
specific payback type (e.g., debit order, cash). Leave blank to include all
receipt types.
Output
Format

You have the following
options for viewing and exporting the generated report:

View in Application:
The report will display directly on your screen.

Download as XLSX
(Spreadsheet):
-
This will download the
report as a spreadsheet file, compatible with Microsoft Excel or
OpenOffice.

Once in a spreadsheet,
you can easily sort, filter, and analyze the data according to your specific
business needs.

Email
Report:
Note: Ensure that the
necessary email address setups are correctly configured in the system for this
feature to work.

Available Actions on the
Report Page
Once the report
options are displayed or the report is generated, you will see the following
buttons:

Back to Filter Option:
Click this button to cancel the current request or clear the current report view
and return to the filter selection page to modify your
criteria.

Email Report: Click
this button to send the currently generated report via email (ensure email
setups are complete).
