Client and Loan Management
After logging in and selecting your branch and cash box, you can
perform a credit bureau inquiry on an individual who is not yet a client. You
then have the option to add this person to your client database. Once you've logged in and selected your branch and cash box,
you'll arrive at the Client Search Screen. The Client Search function exclusively works with the
ID numbers of existing clients. When you search for an existing client using their ID number,
you'll be directed to a client screen displaying their information. At the
bottom of this screen, you'll find five button options: Client Summary: View a summary of the client's
information, similar to the MaxMoney desktop application. Create a Loan: This button takes you to the Loan
Creation section. (Refer to the "Loan Creation" topic for more
details.) Edit Client: This button directs you to the Edit Client
section. (Refer to the "Edit Client" topic for more details.) Search a Loan: Search for a specific loan associated
with the selected client to view: Loan status Loan Amount Loan Repayable Loan Outstanding Amount Received Settlement Amount Upload Documents: Upload or take photos of the Client
ID, Payslip, Bank Statement, and a client photo. FIC Enquiry: Check your
client against the Sanctions List or the PEP/PIP list. Do an ID verification
on your client. On the Edit Client Screen, you have several button
options to manage client details: Client Address: View the client’s Physical and Postal
address. Client Bank: View the client’s Banking
Information. Client Contact Info: View the client’s Contact
Information. You can update the following: Email Addresses Cell Number Home Tel Number Client Diary: View and add entries to the client’s
diary. SASSA Information: Update the following for SASSA
clients: Sassa Client [checkbox] Sassa Client type [droplistbox] Client Wallet: View the Client’s Wallet
information. The Loan Creation process involves multiple steps, ensuring a
thorough and efficient application. If configured, the app
will perform a credit check e.g., VeriCred .
This inquiry checks for loan restrictions and utilizes the Total Monthly
Instalments with a new budget. The first screen of the Loan Creation process displays your
client's budget information. This budget setup is linked to the client's configuration in
MaxMoney. It determines whether to use a budget for the client and the type of
budget to apply, as set up in the general client settings. If the "use budget" checkbox is not selected for a client,
expenses will display as R0.00. You'll be able to see the available amount for the
installment. On the second screen, you'll choose the Loan Product,
Loan Province, and Loan Purpose. Enter the loan amount. Enter the number of installments. Select the Credit Life Insurance (GLP). This can be
waived if not required. Select the first installment date. Select the payment to client method (loan
distribution). Select the payback type (payment
collection). A summary of the loan application will be displayed. If the borrower accepts this quote, click Accept and
sign. Sign and click Accept loan agreement. This
action will set the loan status to active. You can set up payback instructions for the loan.
DebiCheck and SEFT are allowed. Choose the preferred bank account. Choose the preferred CSP (Collection Service
Provider). Choose the preferred CSP setup. Choose the tracking method. Choose the Type of authorisation. Choose the Authorization indicator. Choose if Payer Fee is applicable. Click Create Instruction. Once the instruction is
successfully created, the loan number will be displayed. The payout will be executed after the loan is created and

application. The "Create Client" feature is similar to the Quick Add
