Non-Client Management

After logging in and selecting your branch and cash box, you can perform a credit bureau inquiry on an individual who is not yet a client. You then have the option to add this person to your client database.


Client Management

Once you've logged in and selected your branch and cash box, you'll arrive at the Client Search Screen.

Client Search

The Client Search function exclusively works with the ID numbers of existing clients.

Existing Client Actions

When you search for an existing client using their ID number, you'll be directed to a client screen displaying their information. At the bottom of this screen, you'll find five button options:

On the Edit Client Screen, you have several button options to manage client details:


Loan Creation

The Loan Creation process involves multiple steps, ensuring a thorough and efficient application.

Affordability Step 1: Credit Bureau Enquiry

If configured, the app will perform a credit check e.g.,  VeriCred . This inquiry checks for loan restrictions and utilizes the Total Monthly Instalments with a new budget.

Affordability Step 2: Budget

The first screen of the Loan Creation process displays your client's budget information.

This budget setup is linked to the client's configuration in MaxMoney. It determines whether to use a budget for the client and the type of budget to apply, as set up in the general client settings.

If the "use budget" checkbox is not selected for a client, expenses will display as R0.00.

You'll be able to see the available amount for the installment.

Loan Product

On the second screen, you'll choose the Loan Product, Loan Province, and Loan Purpose.

Loan Application

  1. Enter the loan amount.

  2. Enter the number of installments.

  3. Select the Credit Life Insurance (GLP). This can be waived if not required.

  4. Select the first installment date.

  5. Select the payment to client method (loan distribution).

  6. Select the payback type (payment collection).

Accept Loan

A summary of the loan application will be displayed.

  1. If the borrower accepts this quote, click Accept and sign.

  2. Sign and click Accept loan agreement. This action will set the loan status to active.

Payback Instruction

You can set up payback instructions for the loan. DebiCheck and SEFT are allowed.

  1. Choose the preferred bank account.

  2. Choose the preferred CSP (Collection Service Provider).

  3. Choose the preferred CSP setup.

  4. Choose the tracking method.

  5. Choose the Type of authorisation.

  6. Choose the Authorization indicator.

  7. Choose if Payer Fee is applicable.

  8. Click Create Instruction. Once the instruction is successfully created, the loan number will be displayed.

Create Payout

The payout will be executed after the loan is created and instructions are set up.

Send Documents

You can email loan documents to the borrower directly from the application.


Create Client

The "Create Client" feature is similar to the Quick Add Client function in MAXMONEY.
