This internal operational guide outlines the protocol for automating loan disbursements through the Collexia Payout Integration within the MaxMoney system. It details a dual-merchant framework where specific credentials, such as Global IDs and merchant account numbers, must be configured within the financial ledger and accounting setups. The documentation provides a step-by-step workflow for initiating new loans, which triggers automatic transfer requests directly to the Collexia Enhanced Credit system. Additionally, the manual explains how staff can manage payout instructions and perform real-time status enquiries to confirm if a transaction is completed, rejected, or cancelled. The Collexia Payout feature enables automated disbursements to clients. To ensure security and clear auditing, the system utilizes a dual-merchant structure:

Before processing payouts, the following setups must be completed in MaxMoney - Setups .

2.1 MaxCollect (CSP User) Setup

Navigate to: Setups > MaxCollect > CSP User

2.2 Financial Ledger Setup

Navigate to: Setups > Accounting > Financial Ledgers. Configure the following fields using the specific details provided by Collexia:

Navigate to: Setups > Accounting > Financial Event

2.4 Cashbox Mapping

Navigate to: Setups > Branches > Cash Boxes > Edit Cash Box

3. Loan Creation & Payout Process

3.1 Initiating a New Loan

You can view the status of a disbursement by navigating to: Client Administration > Search for Client > Loans > Payout Instruction

Note: The Payout Instruction status in MaxMoney will automatically update once Collexia returns a final status of "Completed," "Cancelled," or "Rejected." It can take up to an hour before Collexia has the final fate available.
