Create Payout Instruction

Create the Payout Instruction

The method for creating a payout instruction depends on the type of loan (TT1 RT/TT3 or TT2/TT1 Delayed).

TT1 RT / TT3 Loans

For TT1 RT and TT3 loans, the payout instruction is automatically generated upon successful DebiCheck authorization.

  1. Create the Loan: Create the loan with the payout event linked to either a bank account or an eWallet. This requires the chosen CSP (Credit Service Provider) to have a payout integration with MaxMoney.

  2. Automatic Payout Creation: If the DebiCheck is successful, the payout to the eWallet or bank account will be created automatically.

  3. Additional Check (Optional but Recommended): As an extra verification step, set the "Future Client Deduction Required" field to Yes within the Allps portal.

TT2 / TT1 Delayed Loans

For TT2 and TT1 Delayed loans, the payout instruction requires manual activation after DebiCheck authorization.

  1. Create the Loan: Create the loan with the payout event linked to either a bank account or an eWallet. This requires the chosen CSP to have a payout integration with MaxMoney.

  2. DebiCheck Authorization: The payout to the eWallet or bank account will not be executed automatically. The customer must first authorize the DebiCheck instruction. (Refer to section 3.1.4 TT2 for details on DebiCheck authorization).

  3. Verify DebiCheck Status in MaxMoney: After the DebiCheck instruction has been successfully authorized and checked in MaxMoney, ensure the status of the payout instruction is Active in MaxMoney.

  4. Create Payout Instruction Manually:

    • Navigation: MAXMONEY - Client Administration - Loans

    • Highlight the relevant loan.

    • Click on Create Payout Instruction.

  5. Download Client Confirmation: Once the payout is successfully sent, the client confirmation document can be downloaded.
