CreditInfo (New)

CreditInfo Credit Check (New)

Introduction

This manual serves as a comprehensive guide for the setup and utilization of the CreditInfo credit bureau integration within MAXMONEY. This advanced integration replaces the legacy Compuscan system in Namibia, providing direct and seamless access to CreditInfo's services from your MAXMONEY environment.

Important Note: Once your branch is activated for this integration, all CreditInfo enquiries must be performed through the MAXMONEY software. Directly accessing the CreditInfo web portal for enquiries is prohibited for integrated users.

Scope of Integration

The CreditInfo integration in MAXMONEY provides the following key functionalities:

Before the CreditInfo integration can be configured within MAXMONEY, your microlender entity must be officially signed up and activated directly with CreditInfo. Contact CreditInfo for their onboarding process.
