CreditInfo (New)
This manual serves as a comprehensive guide for the setup and utilization of
the CreditInfo credit bureau integration within MAXMONEY. This
advanced integration replaces the legacy Compuscan system in Namibia, providing
direct and seamless access to CreditInfo's services from your MAXMONEY
environment. Important Note: Once your branch is activated for this integration,
all CreditInfo enquiries must be performed through the MAXMONEY
software. Directly accessing the CreditInfo web portal for enquiries is
prohibited for integrated users. The CreditInfo integration in MAXMONEY provides the following key
functionalities: Credit Enquiries: Ability to perform credit checks on both existing
clients and new applicants. Credit Scoring: Access to CreditInfo's comprehensive scoring
models. Country Availability: This integration is currently available
exclusively for Namibia. Before the CreditInfo integration can be configured within MAXMONEY,
your microlender entity must be officially signed up and activated directly with
CreditInfo. Contact CreditInfo for their onboarding process. Following successful activation by CreditInfo, a system administrator must
perform the following one-time setup procedures within MAXMONEY. To control user access to CreditInfo functionalities, set up specific user

borrower's existing credit commitments and assess their capacity to take on
additional credit (affordability assessment). Pay close attention to: Current accounts and balances, credit limits, and repayment
amounts. Information regarding non-payment, delinquencies, judgments, bankruptcy,
debt that has been written-off, and late payments. "Definite Match" and "Possible Matches" indicators for identity

Client" function (available from the enquiry history) to automatically
create a new client profile in MAXMONEY populated with the information
you've already entered. The credit report is an indispensable tool for your affordability assessment.
When reviewing it, pay close attention to: Current accounts, their outstanding balances, and monthly repayment
amounts. Any adverse information such as late payments, delinquencies, and defaults,
which indicate past payment behavior. Notices regarding judgments, debt restructuring, or bankruptcy. The overall Credit Score, which provides a quick indicator of
creditworthiness. Any listed warnings that highlight potential risks. To review a list of all historical CreditInfo enquiries performed for a
specific client: Navigation: Go to the CreditInfo tab. A comprehensive list of all past enquiries for that client will be
displayed. When initiating a new loan application in MAXMONEY, ensure the
CreditInfo enquiry is linked. Navigation: Select the "Use CreditInfo" checkbox. From the "CreditInfo Number" dropdown list, select the valid and
recent enquiry you performed for the client. If the "Auto CreditInfo Enquiry" setting was enabled in your setup,
the system may automatically initiate a new enquiry if a valid, recent one
does not already exist for the client. It is important to note that only loan statuses are shared with
CreditInfo, not client statuses. For more detailed information on data sharing
protocols, refer to the SACRRA documentation. Various reports related to CreditInfo enquiries are available for auditing
and analysis. Navigation: Here you can access reports pertaining to both client and non-client
