Credit Info Credit Check: Non-Client

Overview

The Credit Info Credit Check: Non-Client function is designed for conducting credit inquiries on individuals who are not yet registered as clients in your system, such as walk-in applicants. This allows for a preliminary credit assessment before formal client onboarding.

How to Perform a New Inquiry

To initiate a new credit inquiry for a non-client, follow these steps:

  1. Navigation: Go to Non Client > CreditInfo Enquiry > Do New Enquiry.

  2. Print Consent: Print the consent form for the applicant to review and sign. This is a mandatory step for compliance.

  3. Complete Details: Carefully enter all required information for the applicant, including:

    • ID Type

    • ID Number

    • Name

    • Surname

    • Date of Birth (DOB)

    • And any other necessary fields.

  4. Finish Inquiry: Click Finish to submit the inquiry.

  5. View Credit Report: A link will appear, allowing you to download and view the comprehensive credit report.

Granting a Loan and Client Creation

If, after reviewing the credit report, you decide to grant a loan, you can seamlessly convert the non-client inquiry into a full client profile:

Viewing Client Inquiry History

For existing clients, you can review their historical credit inquiries:

  1. Navigation: Go to Client Administration > Search for a Client > Edit Client.

  2. CreditInfo Tab: Navigate to the CreditInfo tab to view a comprehensive list of all historical inquiries performed for that specific client.
