CreditInfo Enquiry
The Credit Info Credit Check: Non-Client function is
designed for conducting credit inquiries on individuals who are not yet
registered as clients in your system, such as walk-in applicants. This allows
for a preliminary credit assessment before formal client onboarding. To initiate a new credit inquiry for a non-client, follow these
steps: Navigation: Go to Non Client > CreditInfo Enquiry
> Do New Enquiry. Print Consent: Print the consent form for the
applicant to review and sign. This is a mandatory step for
compliance. Complete Details: Carefully enter all required
information for the applicant, including: ID Type ID Number Name Surname Date of Birth (DOB) And any other necessary fields. Finish Inquiry: Click Finish to submit the
inquiry. View Credit Report: A link will appear, allowing you to
download and view the comprehensive credit report. If, after reviewing the credit report, you decide to grant a
loan, you can seamlessly convert the non-client inquiry into a full client
profile: Add to Client Function: From the inquiry history, use
the Add to Client function. This will automatically create a new client
profile in MAXMONEY under Client Administration, pre-populating it with
the information you've already entered during the inquiry. The credit report is a critical tool for your affordability
assessment. When reviewing the report, pay close attention to the following
sections: Current Accounts: Details on existing accounts, their
balances, and required monthly repayment amounts. Adverse Information: Any negative records such as late
payments, delinquencies, or defaults. Legal Notices: Information on judgments, debt
restructuring, or bankruptcy notices. Credit Score: The applicant's overall credit score,
indicating their creditworthiness. Warnings: Any specific warnings or flags listed in the
report. For existing clients, you can review their historical credit
inquiries: Navigation: Go to Client Administration > Search
for a Client > Edit Client. CreditInfo Tab: Navigate to the CreditInfo tab
to view a comprehensive list of all historical inquiries performed for that
specific client. Within the inquiry history, you can perform the following
actions: Go to Client: Click this button to directly navigate to
the client's full profile in MAXMONEY under Client
Administration. Add to Client: (Applicable only for non-client
inquiries) Use this button to import the non-client's details into MAXMONEY,
creating a new client profile under Client
Administration. Details: Use this function to: Add notes specific to the non-client
inquiry. View who performed the inquiry. View who last updated the
