Data Sharing Compliance: Loan Balance
This report helps microlenders identify client loan balance data
that doesn't meet SACRRA's data sharing requirements. Non-compliant client data
can't be shared with credit bureaus. All registered microlenders in South Africa and Namibia must
share data with credit bureaus as per regulations. Non-compliance can occur if
data sharing requirements aren't met. This report specifically checks the
loan balance data typically used for data sharing. Menu Navigation: To access the report, go to
MAXMONEY > Reporting > Administration > Data Sharing Compliance
Loan Balance Report. Roles: Make sure the necessary user roles have the
"Data Sharing Compliance Report" resource enabled to access this
report. The report performs specific checks on loan balance fields to
ensure compliance: It lists loans where the loan status is active, but the
Loan Transaction balance is less than or equal to
R0.00. The generated report includes the following columns: Client Number Initials First Name Surname Loan Number Loan Status Balance on Loan Transactions (sum of LTR for the
loan) Overdue Amount (sum of Amountdue - AmountReceived for active
loan installments where the Due Date is less than or equal to the current
month) Loan Total In Default Fees and Interest Received Amount Final Instalment Date Charge Fees and Interest when "in
