Debtors Transaction Ageing Report
Get a summary overview of the
transaction balance for each debtor up to a specified date. The report
works with the transaction date of the financial
entries.

The Security option is available under
the Report Section of the Role Setup -> Reporting -> Debtors
Transaction Ageing Report.
Go to Reporting -> Accounting ->
Debtors Transaction Ageing Report.
The reports have selection options
whereby you can drill down information to branch level etc. The following
selections are available on this report:
GENERAL Branch: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for transactions which were created on a specific
branch
Region: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for transactions which were created on a specific
region
User: This field is optional.
You can generate the report for transactions which were created by a specific
user
Hide Zero Listings: Select if you do
not want to see debtors with a zero balance.
Print Notes: Select if you want to see
the display notes made on the client.
File Format: You are required to
make a selection. Two options are available: XLS and
XLSX.
ACCOUNTING Transaction Date End: This field is
required. The date must be in the format: dd/mm/yyyy. Generate the report for
all the transactions affecting the debtors book up to this
date.
CLIENT New Loans Allowed: Redundant
filter
Client Number Start and End: Generate
the report for all the clients in this client number range.
Status: Generate the report for all
the clients with this status.
Payment Frequency: Generate the report
for all the clients who have this payment frequency.
Area: Generate the report for all the
clients set up in the selected area.
Bank: Generate the report for all the
clients with a preferred, enabled, payback account for this
bank.
Salesperson: Generate the report for
all the clients with this salesperson.
EMPLOYER Employer Search: Use a star (*) to
list all the Employers. Select a specific employer or all. Type the
whole name or part of the employer name and click on the Search button. The
result(s) will display in the employer drop list.
Employer: You can generate the report
for clients with a specific employer
Pay Point: You can generate the report
for clients with a specific employer pay point.
Employer Classification: You can
generate the report for clients with a specific employer
classification
Employer Economic Sector: You can
generate the report for clients with a specific employer economic
sector
