Detailed Loan Combined
The Detailed Loan Combined report provides a comprehensive list
of all loans created within a specified date range. This report can also be
scheduled, in which case it will be generated for loans with an
Active status. For this report to function correctly: The Reporting Consortium Grouping Company must be
created by Mycomax. The entity must be part of the Consortium Group for the
Company. Resources: To enable this report, navigate to Setups
> Security > Roles and enable the Detailed Loan Combined
Report resource. In MAXMONEY, go to Reporting > Loan > Detailed Loan
Combined Report. The report offers various selection options to refine your
search and drill down into specific information. Loan Branch: Generate the report for loans associated
with a specific branch. Region: Generate the report for loans within a specific
region. User: Generate the report for loans created by a
specific user. Print Report: Select this option to generate the report
data. Print Chart: Select this option to generate a chart.
You can choose from: Loans per branch, per month, or per
purpose. Chart Type: Select your preferred chart type:
Pie, Bar, or Line chart. File Format: Choose your desired output format:
XLSX or XLS. Client Branch: Generate the report for loans of clients
associated with a specific home branch. Client Number Start and End: Generate the report for
loans of clients within a specified client number range. Client Status: Generate the report for loans of clients
with a specific status. Client Frequency: Generate the report for loans of
clients with a specific payment frequency. Bank: Generate the report for loans of clients
associated with a specific bank. Loan Number Start and End: Generate the report for
loans within a specified loan number range. Loan Date Due Start and End: Generate the report for
loans due within a specified period. Loan Status: Generate the report for loans with a
specific loan status. Loan Product: Generate the report for loans associated
with a specific loan product. Payback Type: Generate the report for loans with a
specific payback type. Salesperson: Generate the report for loans associated
with a specific salesperson. Employer Search: To list all employers, use a star (*).
You can select a specific employer or all of them. To search, type the full or
partial employer name and click the Search button. The results will
appear in the employer drop-down list. Employer: Generate the report for loans of clients
associated with a specific employer. Pay Point: Generate the report for loans of clients
with a specific employer pay point. Employer Classification: Generate the report for loans
of clients with a specific employer classification. Employer Economic Sector: Generate the report for loans
of clients with a specific employer economic sector. Client Number Original Client No: (Displays only if data was imported
and this value was provided). Client Identification Number Date of Birth Gender Initials First Name Surname Status Home Branch Sales Person Employee Number Juristic Person: (True/False). Gross Salary: (Income before
deductions). Agreement Date: (For Application loans, the Application
date will be displayed). Agreement Number: (Loan No). Original Agreement No: (Displays only if data was
imported and this value was provided). Customer Reference: A reference number manually entered
by the user during loan creation. Status: The current status of the loan. Status Reason: The reason manually provided by the user
for changing the loan status. Number of Payments: The total number of
installments. Number of Interest Periods: The loan
term. Frequency: The payment frequency. Payback Type: The method the borrower will use to repay
the loan. Loan Product Loan Amount: The capital amount borrowed by the
customer. Initiation Fee: (Only applicable to RSA NCA
loans). VAT on Initiation Fee Service Fee: (Only applicable to RSA NCA
loans). VAT on the Service Fee Administration Fee: (Only applicable to compound/simple
interest loans). Preparation of Business Plan Fee: (Only applicable to
compound/simple interest loans). CPI Fee: (Only applicable if credit life insurance was
enabled and applied to the loan). Total Premium for Loan: (Only applicable for the GLP
module if insurance was applied to the loan). Amount includes VAT, if
applicable. In Default Service Fee: Only applicable if the loan
defaulted and after the final payment date of the loan (only for RSA NCA
loans). Default Interest: Only applicable if the loan defaulted
and after the final payment date of the loan. Interest Charged: The contracted interest
amount. Loan Total: The sum of the loan amount, fees, charges,
and costs. Receipts: The total payment amount(s)
received. Outstanding: Calculated as Loan Total (including
default charges) minus Receipts. Cancelled, Not Approved, Written Off, and
Application status loans will show a zero outstanding amount. Total Variable Fees: Total amount of fees (only
applicable to variable charge type loans). Total Variable Insurance: Total insurance amount (only
applicable to variable charge type loans). Capital Outstanding: Conservatively
calculated. First Installment Date: The date of the first loan
payment. Final Installment Date: The date of the final loan
payment. Last Receipt Date: The date of the latest payment made
on the loan. Total Overdue: The total amount in
arrears. Loan Sales Person Loan Branch Purpose of the Loan: (Usually required for reporting to
the Regulator). Monthly Cost of Credit Rate Loan Province Payment to Client Event: Describes how the loan amount
was disbursed to the borrower. Name of Employer Pay Point Name Pay Point Number Creation User: The user who created the loan
application. Creation Date: The date on which the loan application
was created. Creation Time: The time when the loan application was
