Document Space

1. Overview

DocSpace is your central document management hub within the application. It provides a secure space where you can upload, view, search for, and organize all your essential documents, including PDF, HTML, and Excel files.

From DocSpace, you can manage a structured library of files and folders, ensuring your documents are always organized and easily accessible.

2. The DocSpace Interface

When you navigate to DocSpace, you will see the main file and folder list. This view provides the following information at a glance:

To manage your documents, first select a file or folder from the list (if required) and then click the appropriate button on the toolbar.
