Document Space
DocSpace is your central document management hub within the
application. It provides a secure space where you can upload, view, search for,
and organize all your essential documents, including PDF, HTML, and Excel
files.
From
DocSpace, you can manage a structured library of files and folders, ensuring
your documents are always organized and easily accessible.
When
you navigate to DocSpace, you will see the main file and folder list. This view
provides the following information at a glance:
The
toolbar above this list contains all the primary functions for managing your
documents.
To
manage your documents, first select a file or folder from the list (if required)
and then click the appropriate button on the toolbar.
Create Folder Upload File Open / Download Rename Delete DocSpace includes a powerful search feature to help you find
specific documents quickly. You can access the search panel to filter your files
based on various criteria.
