Overview

The Document Space allows you to view, open, and download files and folders.

Accessing Documents

Navigate to: DocSpace > View > Open/Download.

• To Open a Folder: Highlight the desired folder and click Open.

• To Open/Download a File: Highlight the file you wish to open, then click the Download button. The document will then open.

Document Information

When viewing documents, you'll see the following information:

• DocSpace: The type or category of document you have open.

• Name: The name of the document.

• Size: The size of the document.

Searching

You can also Search for a specific document or folder using the search functionality.

• Back: Click this button to return to the previous page.
