Editing a Username

To change an existing user's username, navigate to Setups > Security > Users, then Edit Username.

The Group Administrator manages users by adding employees and assigning them roles. A user can only access MAXMONEY branches they've been granted access to. It's possible to link a single user to multiple roles (security levels) and multiple branches within your entity.

To edit a username:

  1. Highlight the user whose username you wish to change.

  2. Click Edit Username.

  3. In the User Name field, type in the new username for the selected user.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes to the database, or Cancel if you don't want to save the new information.
