Navigation: Client Administration > Search for a Client > Edit Client > Banking

This guide explains how to modify the details of a client's existing bank account.

Before You Begin

• User Permissions: To edit information on this page, your user profile must be assigned the Client : Banking Details role by a System Administrator.
• Integration Partners: If you use a third-party Collection Services Provider (e.g., Allps, RealPay, SureSystems), please refer to their specific integration guides for important information before editing any banking details.

Step-by-Step Guide to Editing a Bank Account

1. Navigate to the Banking Screen: First, find the client using the path Client Administration > Search for an Existing Client. Once you have selected the client, navigate to their Banking tab.

2. Select the Account to Edit: You have two options to open the editing screen:

   • Click on the bank account you wish to modify to highlight it, then click the Update Bank Detail button.
   • Alternatively, simply double-click on the line item of the bank account you wish to edit.

3. Update the Information: The "Update Bank Detail" screen will appear. Modify the necessary fields as required. For a detailed explanation of each field, please refer to the "Add a New Bank Account" section of this manual.

4. Save Your Changes: This is a crucial step. Click the Save button to store the updated information. If you do not click Save, your changes will be lost.

Viewing the Updated Information

After you save, you will be returned to the client's banking screen. You can now view the updated details in the list, which includes the following columns:

• Bank
• Branch Code
• Account No
• Account Type
• Enabled
• Preferred
• Payback
• Payout
• AVR Status
• AVR Details

AVR Availability

The AVR feature is currently limited to South Africa. Only specific bank support the AVR feature.

• Save: Click this button to store all the information and changes you have made.
• Cancel: Click this button to discard all changes and return to the previous screen.
