Edit a Reference
Navigation: This guide explains how to modify the details of a
client's reference that has already been entered into the system. Navigate to the References
Screen: First, find the client using the main search function and
open their profile. Click on the References tab to see the
list of their current references. Select the Reference: From
the list, click on the reference you wish to modify to highlight it. Open the Edit Screen: Click
the Edit Reference button. This will open a new screen
displaying that reference's detailed information. Update the Details: Make the
necessary changes in the fields provided. Refer to the Field Guide below for
an explanation of each field. Save Your Changes: Once you
have finished editing, click the Save button to store your
updates. This table details the fields available on the
