Edit Salesperson
Navigate to Setup > Sales Person
> Edit Salesperson. Adding your sales team to the system allows
you to assign a specific salesperson to each new client during their setup. This
information is particularly useful for managing commission payouts and handling
client inquiries efficiently.
To edit a salesperson:
Click
Edit
Salesperson. You can change the salesperson's Name. You can change the Short Name for the salesperson. You can select the
Classification for the salesperson. Check the
Enabled box if the salesperson is currently active
and in use.
Click
Save to
change the salesperson's information to the database, or
Cancel to discard the
changes.
