Edit User
To modify an existing user's details, navigate to Setups >
Security > Users, then double-click on the user row you
wish to edit. The Group Administrator manages users by adding employees and linking them to
specific roles. A user can only access MAXMONEY branches they've been granted
permission for. You can link a single user to multiple roles (security levels)
and multiple branches within your entity. To disable a user, simply remove the tick from the Enable
checkbox in their profile. When editing a user, you can adjust the following: Password: To change the user's password, enter the new password
here. Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm. Use High Contrast Interface: Check this box if the user requires a
high-contrast display for MAXMONEY pages due to low color contrast. Interface Language: Select the user's preferred working language
from the dropdown list. Roles: Select the applicable roles (user rights/security levels) for
this user. A user can have more than one role. Branches: Select the branch(es) the user needs access to. A user can
access multiple branches depending on your business model. Title: Select an appropriate title (Mr, Ms). Initials: Enter the user's initial(s). First Name: Enter the user's preferred first name. Full Name(s): Enter all given names of the user. Surname: Enter the user's surname. Gender: Select the user's gender from the list. ID Type: Select the appropriate ID Type from the list. ID Number: Enter the user's ID Number. Date of Birth: Enter the user's date of birth. Other Surnames: Enter the user's maiden name, if
applicable. E-mail Address: Enter the user's email address. This is
compulsory for MaxCollect, Cash Ups, receiving OTPs, and receiving
reports. Cellphone Number: Enter the user's cellphone number. This is
compulsory for MaxSMS OTPs. Work Telephone Number: Enter the user's work telephone
number. Home Telephone Number: Enter the user's home telephone
number. Fax Number: Enter the user's fax number. Physical Address Line 1: Enter the first line of the user's home
address. Physical Address Line 2: Enter the second line of the user's home
address. Physical Address Line 3: Enter the third line of the user's home
address. Physical Address Country: Select the country from the list. Physical Address Province: Select the province. Physical Address Area: Enter the area. Address Code: Enter the address code. Postal Address Line 1: Enter the first line of the user's postal
address. Postal Address Line 2: Enter the second line of the user's postal
address. Postal Address Line 3: Enter the third line of the user's postal
address. Postal Address Country: Select the country. Postal Address Province: Select the province. Postal Address Area: Enter the area. Postal Code: Enter the postal code. Language: The available language options are determined by the
country in which your entity operates. Save: Click this button to save all changes to the
database. Cancel: Click this button if you do not want to save the
