Viewing Client SMS History

Navigation: Client Administration > Search for Existing Client > Select the client > SMS History button

Overview

This function allows you to view a complete log of all SMS messages that have been sent to a selected client through the MAXMONEY system. This includes both manually sent messages and automated system notifications.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Find and Select the Client: Navigate to Client Administration > Search for Existing Client. Find the correct client and click on their name to highlight them.

  2. Open the SMS History: Click the SMS History button at the bottom of the screen. A list of all messages sent to the client will be displayed.


Understanding the SMS History Log

The history log is displayed in a table with the following columns:

Column Name Description
Date The date on which the message was sent.
Time The time at which the message was sent.
Type The type or category of the message that was sent.
Message The full text of the message that was sent to the client.
Status The delivery status of the message (e.g., "Sent," "Delivered," "Failed").
Response If applicable, this column will display any response received from the network or service provider regarding the message delivery.
User The username of the person who sent the message, or "System" for automated messages.

Note on Automated Messages: This log also includes SMS messages sent automatically by integrated system features. For example, if Compuscan Triggers & Alerts is activated, any alert SMS sent to the client will appear here. These automated processes typically run each morning at 05:30 GMT.
