How to Perform an XDS Enquiry

Navigation: Client Administration > Search for an existing client > XDS Enquiry

This guide explains how to perform a new XDS credit bureau enquiry on a client who is already registered in the MAXMONEY system.

1. Prerequisite: Client Consent

Before performing any credit enquiry, it is a mandatory legal requirement that you have the client's explicit consent.


2. Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Find the Client: Navigate to Client Administration > Search for an existing client and locate the client you wish to perform an enquiry on.

  2. Select the Client: From the search results, click on the client's name to highlight them.

  3. Initiate the Enquiry: Click the XDS Enquiry button.

  4. Choose the Reason for Enquiry: A new screen will appear. From the "Reason for Enquiry" dropdown list, select the option that best describes why you are performing the check.

  5. Submit the Enquiry: Click the Finish button to send the enquiry request to XDS. If all the client's information has been entered correctly, the enquiry will be processed.
