Processing -> Debt Collecting -> Export Loan Handover Excaliber

The Export Loan Handover Excaliber process is to export all loans that were handed over in a selected date range.

Filters/ Selections

The reports have selection options whereby you can drill down information to branch level, salesperson, date etc. The following selections are available on this report:

GENERAL

• Loan Branch: You can generate the report for loans which were created on a specific branch.
• Region: You can generate the report for loans which were created on a specific region.
• User: You can generate the report for loans which were created by a specific user. The Users will display in Alphabetic order.  
• Client Status: You can generate the report for loans on clients with a specific status. (All, Awaiting Approval, New, Good, Risky, Tracing, Debt Collecting, Impaired Record, Deceased, See Note)

TRANSACTION

• Written Off Start Date : Enter the date from which you want the report to start reflecting the Written Off loans. 
• Written Off End Date : Enter the date from which you want the report to end reflecting the Written Off loans. 

LOAN

• Loan Start Date  :Enter the date from which you want the report to start reflecting the loans.
• Loan End Date : Enter the date from which you want the report to end reflecting the loans.
• Hand Over Start Date  : Enter the date from which you want the report to start reflecting the Hand Over loans.
• Hand Over End Date : Enter the date from which you want the report to end reflecting the Hand Over loans.
• Loan Status : You can generate the report for loans on client with a specific loan Status. (Application, Not Approved, Active, Paid, Written Off, Cancelled or Non-Performing)

Cancel-button: You will return to the previous page without the process being executed

Finish-button: The function will process the file
