The Export Loan Payout Log Report provides a complete history of all loan payout batches created within a specific period. It is an essential tool for auditing and confirming that loan payout files were generated and processed correctly.

This report allows you to see when each payout batch was created, who created it, and a summary of the transactions included in the file.

2. Prerequisites for Access

To view this report, a system administrator must enable the "Export Loan Payouts Log Report" resource for your user role under Setups > Security > Roles.

3. Accessing the Report

Navigate to the report within MAXMONEY by following this path:

• Click on Reporting .
• Select Administration .
• Choose Export Loan Payouts Log Report .

4. Using Report Filters

The report can be filtered by a single, important criterion:

• Export Date Range: Select a start and end date. The report will display a log of all payout batches that were exported during this period.

5. Understanding the Report Columns

The generated log will display the following details for each payout batch:

• Date of Export: The date the payout batch file was created and exported.
• Entity Bank Account: The company bank account from which the payouts were made.
• File Layout: The specific format of the exported file (e.g., for a particular bank).
• Total Transactions Processed: The total number of individual loan payouts included in the export file.
• Transactions Already Previously Batched: The count of payouts in the file that were also included in a previous batch. This helps identify potential duplicates.
• This Batch: The count of new payouts included specifically in this batch for the first time.
• Failed Entries: The number of payouts that could not be processed and were marked as failed within the batch.
• User Who Created Payout Batch: The user who initiated and created the export file.
• Date: The precise date the batch was created.
• Time: The precise time the batch was created.
