FIC screening in Bulk
This section explains how to perform bulk Financial
Intelligence Centre (FIC) checks on multiple clients within
MaxMoney. In MaxMoney, go to Processing > Client >
Process FIC Bulk Screening. Use the following filters to specify which clients to include in
the bulk screening: Client Status: Select a specific client status or
choose All to include clients with any status. Client Creation Start Date: Enter the date from which
to include clients based on their creation date. Exclude Previously Checked Clients: Select this option
to prevent re-checking clients who have already been processed by this
specific bulk FIC screening. In this section, you can select one or more of the available
FIC checks to perform on the filtered clients. You can also choose to run
All FIC checks. Important Note on Loan Status: To manage FIC checks based
on loan statuses, we recommend using the Loan Workflow functionality.
This ensures accurate processing without excluding new clients who may not yet
have loan information. Once the bulk screening is complete, the results will be
compiled into an Excel document. This document will include: A list of clients matching your specified filter
criteria. Three columns indicating the outcome of each FIC test
performed. A "Yes" or "No" will appear in the respective column for each
client. If a specific FIC check was not requested for a client, the
corresponding column will be blank for that client. If you navigate to a specific client profile after a bulk
screening has been performed, the results of the FIC checks for that client will
