Getting Started
This section guides you through the initial setup and login
process for MaxApp. Only existing MaxMoney users can use MaxApp;
support users are not supported. To register: Open the MaxApp application. Select the User Registration button. Follow the prompts to register your existing user
account. Note: You must register your user account before you can
log in to MaxApp. MaxApp

Existing Users
MaxApp Registration
After successfully registering as an existing user:
On the App Open Screen, enter your MaxMoney username and password.
Tap the Login button.
OR
Click on the green fingerprint button to indicate that you want to login with your fingerprint.
A pop-up will be displayed. Scan your fingerprint by pressing on the fingerprint icon. If your fingerprint is scanned in successfully you will be given access to the app.
To ensure seamless login and operation, you must set up a Default Cashbox for MaxApp within your MaxMoney Branch setups.
To set up a Default Cashbox:
Navigate to MaxMoney.
Go to Setups.
Select Branches.
Choose a Cash Box.
Edit the desired Cashbox.
Check the Default Cashbox option.
After setting your default cashbox, you can log in to MaxApp without needing to select a cashbox.
If your user account is associated with only one branch, you won't be prompted to choose a branch after logging in.
If your user account is associated with multiple branches, you'll be prompted to select a branch upon login.
