Overview

The Global Loan Protection (GLP) Loan List Report provides a detailed list of all loans that include GLP, based on a specified date range.

Accessing the Report

To access this report, navigate to: Reporting > Insurance > Global Loan Protection Loan List Report.

Report Filters

This report offers several filters to help you narrow down your search and retrieve specific information:

General

• Loan Branch: Generate the report for loans linked to a selected branch.

• Region (of the branch of the loan): Generate the report for loans linked to a specific region.

• User (who created the loan): Generate the report for loans created by a particular user.

Client

• Client Number Start & End: Define a range of client numbers to include in the report.

Loan

• Loan Number Start & End: Define a range of loan numbers to include in the report.

• Loan Date Start & End: Specify a period to view loans created within that timeframe.

• Loan Status: Generate the report for loans with a specific status.

The report includes the following detailed information:

• Client Home Branch

• Client No

• Client First Name

• Client Surname

• Client ID No

Loan

• Loan Branch

• Loan No

• Loan Status

• Payback Type

• Loan Product

• Loan Agreement Date

• Loan Capital

• Initiation Fee incl VAT

• Policy Status

• Payment Allocation Sent: Indicates "Yes" or "No" to show if the payment allocation was successfully sent. The insurance premium portion is paid into the insurer's merchant account, not the microlender's.

• Allocated Reference No: Displays the Amplifin Allocated Reference Number for the insurance premium instalment portion.

• GLP Total Premium for loan incl VAT: Shows the total premium amount for GLP.

• GLP Product Name: Displays the name of the insurance product.

• GLP Provider Name: Shows the name of the insurance service provider.

Loan Instalments

• No of Instalments

• Frequency (of loan)

• First Instalment Date

• Final Instalment Date

• Instalment Amount

Record Creation

• User (who created loan)

• Date (when loan was created)

• Time (local time when loan was created)
