This section explains how to customize your reports with a unique header and footer, often used for your Legal Entity's logo.

Overview

You can add a personalized header and footer to several of your reports. These reports must be generated in HTML format for the custom images to display.

To set this up, go to Setup > Reporting > HTML Report Header & Footer Setup.

Image Specifications and Upload

To get started, you'll need to prepare your header and footer images and send them to MyComax. The specifications are:

• Horizontal: 1400 pixels

• Vertical: 100 pixels

• File format: JPEG

Once MyComax receives your images, they will provide you with unique links for both your header and footer. You will then input these links into MAXMONEY:

• Link to Header Image File: Enter the provided URL for your header image (e.g., https://www.mycomax.com/yourheader.jpg).

• Link to Footer Image File: Enter the provided URL for your footer image (e.g., https://www.mycomax.com/yourfooter.jpg).

Reports Supporting Custom Headers & Footers

Once configured, your custom header and footer will appear on the following reports when generated in HTML format:

• Statement of Account

• Statement of Settlement

• Print a Receipt

• Print a Transaction

• Print Change distributed to a Client

Action Buttons

• Save-button: Click this button to store any information or changes you've made.

• Cancel-button: If you decide not to save your information or changes, click this button.
